What's the difference between Pro and Max?
Both plans include Pro AI models, unlimited AI consultant chat, and standard email support. Pro covers 3 active projects, 10 document uploads per project, 10 full drafts and 3 deep research runs per month. Max covers 10 active projects, 20 document uploads per project, 30 full drafts and 10 deep research runs per month.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access for the time you've already paid for. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period unless required by law.
Will my price change?
We'll give you at least 30 days' written notice before any pricing change takes effect, so there are no surprises on your renewal.
Is my data used to train AI models?
Never. Your documents, drafts, and project data stay yours. AI responses are generated through the Google Gemini API, and Google's enterprise terms prohibit using customer data to train models. We are also fully UK GDPR compliant, with data stored in UK-region infrastructure.
